As we reach the mid-way point of the semester, at first I felt like I don't have any knowledge with technology tools for education and it made me feel overwhelmed so much plus this course is the first education class for me and I don't have anything with education background before but after I tried my best to do it I feel like the course hasn't been too challenging so far, though there has been a lot of work. I felt things were front-loaded a bit, but the workload has been more manageable recently. Part of that may be because of my own schedule.
The most useful part of this course has been the different apps we have been introduced to as a class. A couple of them I have heard of like Photoshop, but others I was either unfamiliar with or just vaguely familiar with. I know about podcasts, but I had not created one before. I didn't realize how easy it was to make! Story maps were something I was unfamiliar with and there are so many things one can use them for. The common thread between these apps is how they can be applied in the classroom. Students become engaged with the project they're working on. They are allowed to explore, be creative, and learn at their own pace. I like the inspiration app that I can create my own worksheet. The most application that I love to work with is Edpuzzle I really enjoy to create my lesson, assignment, and qiuzz I think this is an amazing tools for teachers to use in their education work. I look forward to what the remainder of the semester.
Thank you for letting me know what has been working and useful for you in this course. I'm glad to know that things are feeling like they are getting easier - I'm sure just getting started in graduate school took a little adjustment. I'm looking forward to seeing your future creative endeavors!
